ACCOUNTS & ADMIN INTERN

Job Summary

The selected candidate shall assist the company's accountant in book-keeping, accounting, compliance & administrative functions of the company.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Prepare and maintain accounts in Tally / Zoho that will be reviewed and used by the accountant to prepare tax returns and perform the annual financial audit.
• Recording of cash receipts and bank deposits and monthly reconciliations of bank ac-counts.
• Oversee and maintain contracts with related vendors & purchase supplies and equipment as authorized.
• Tag and monitor fixed assets and equipment, maintaining a property ledger for IT and non-IT equipment.

Job Requirements

• Hands-on knowledge in book-keeping, Tally & Zoho software & accounting.
• Knowledge of admin functions preferred.
• A good knowledge of MS Office and a pleasing personality are required.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹10,001.00 per month
