Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Handle accounts in Zoho, book keeping, voucher entries, generate periodic reports
  • Maintain cash book, day book etc
  • Payment handling - vendors / salaries / TDS matters
  • TDS and GST filing
  • Admin roles - office AMC, upkeep, internal audit, stock taking, insurance renewal, etc
  • Prepare files for auditor for IT filing

Qualifications, Skills & Experience
  • B.Com
  • Tally / Zoho experience for at least 1 year
  • Experience with GST and TDS filing
  • Very good with written / spoken English
  • Experience with handling digital documents, email correspondece, google drive etc
  • Must have a two wheeler
