· Attend Patient Calls, conduct follow – ups & Book Appointments as per Calendar Schedule
· Respond via Email & Resolve; Patient Queries, Appointment Requests, Test Report Results & any other concerns as raised by them
· Due diligence on Payments received from Patients & tally the same with Accounts team
· Maintenance of Patient Database, Daily Call Updates & Respective Case Files of Patients
· Maintenance of Referral details for Patients referred by other Clinics
· Updating Social Media on the Events, Workshops & Webinars conducted by the Team
· Daily Updating of Staff Attendance & Processing Payments based on the same
· Maintenance of Regular Supply of Office Stationery & Other Supplies
Other Sundry Tasks & Overall Supervision for Smooth Administration of Daily Office Activities
