Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Trainer, located in Manjeri. The Accounting Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs on accounting and finance topics. This includes creating training materials, conducting workshops, and providing one-on-one mentorship to employees. The trainer will ensure that all training sessions are comprehensive, up-to-date, and effectively equip participants with the necessary accounting skills for their roles.

Qualifications

  • Accounting, Finance, and Management Accounting skills
  • Certified Public Accounting (CPA) certification
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in accounting software and tools is a plus
