Job Title: Senior Accounting Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated US Accounting Executive to join our growing accounting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks for US-based clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle bookkeeping and accounting for US clients using QuickBooks / Xero / other accounting software.
• Fresher can apply but with Good communication and finance background only
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledgers.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Assist with payroll processing, tax filings, and year-end accounting.
• Communicate effectively with US clients and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2– 4years of experience in US accounting (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online/Desktop, Xero, or similar software.
• Excellent English communication and reporting skills.
