As an Accounts Executive, your primary responsibility is to manage and maintain accurate financial records. This includes recording transactions and maintaining ledgers to ensure financial data is up to date and error-free. Key Responsibilities: - Preparing Balance Sheets - Creating Income Statements - Compiling Cash Flow Statements You will also be responsible for reconciling the company's financial records regularly. This involves comparing internal records with external documents like bank statements and vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and consistency. Key Responsibilities: - Performing Bank Reconciliation - Conducting Vendor and Customer Account Reconciliations Additionally, you will play a vital role in tax filing and compliance to ensure the company meets all regulatory requirements. Moreover, in many organizations, you will directly engage with clients to manage financial transactions and foster positive relationships. Your duties may include client communication and addressing their financial queries. As an Accounts Executive, you will be working full-time in person.
