Accounting and Controlling - FP and A - Senior Associate

You will be a part of EY GDS as a Reporting and Analytics Senior Associate specializing in Financial Planning and Analysis. Your role will involve providing reporting solutions through finance, markets, and operations reporting, including Forecasting, Financial Planning, and Revenue Planning, to facilitate informed business decisions. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing high-level analysis reports for leadership, coordinating with various teams to address stakeholder queries, and ensuring timely reporting of financial data. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing Planning, Budgeting, and Outlook exercises for Global functions, analyzing and explaining variances in operating expenses, presenting financial reports, forecasting operational and cost analysis, managing quality compliance, and reviewing existing processes for efficiency improvement. You will also be required to collaborate with stakeholders, drive team projects, manage escalations, and focus on team development and cross-training. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, analytical, and people management skills. You must also demonstrate business acumen, process insights, strategic thinking, and continuous improvement mindset. Professional qualifications in Finance and Accounting, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, are essential. Advanced Excel and strong accounting knowledge are also required.
