Post: Bookkeeping and Accounting Executive Location: Saket,Delhi Qualification: Graduate or above Salary: 45k to 55k Per month Shift Timings: 10:00am to 6:00pm Experience: 3 Years Week off: Saturday and Sunday Gender Preference: Male Skills: 1. Strong written and verbal communication. 2. Excellent knowledge of Xero Software 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Prepare and perform bank reconciliations within Xero to ensure alignment of bank statements and recorded transaction. 2. Correctly code invoices in line with the internal bookkeeping policy. 3. Liaise directly with clients to clarify unclear transactions and obtain supporting documentation. 4. Prepare and review Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns in compliance with Australian tax regulations. 5. Identify and correct errors to ensure the integrity of financial reports. 6. Prepare and process end-to-end payroll for clients, including calculating wages, superannuation, and tax withholdings. 7. Assist management in onboarding new clients by setting up Xero accounts 8. Prepare and deliver accurate management reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. 9. Perform monthly and quarterly balance sheet account reconciliations.
