Accountant/Admin(construction)

We are looking for an experienced Accountant/Admin Executive with a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in the construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling site-level accounts, billing, vendor coordination, and administrative tasks to support smooth project operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts:

• Maintain daily records of site expenses and petty cash.
• Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor payments.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other tax-related documentation and filing.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain ledgers.
• Assist in budgeting and financial reporting.

Admin:

• Manage office supplies, documentation, and filing systems.
• Coordinate with site staff, vendors, and head office for operations.
• Maintain attendance records and process salary data.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and company policies.
• Handle correspondence, email communication, and site logistics.

Requirements:

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting & admin, preferably in a construction company.
• Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, MS Excel, etc.).
• Familiarity with construction billing and vendor management.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic labor compliance is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
