The Accountant is responsible for managing daily accounting operations, preparing financial statements, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. The role involves working closely with internal departments and external auditors to ensure the company’s financial integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update general ledger accounts.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
