Job Description

Job Summary:

An experienced Accountant is required to handle the company’s financial records, ensure accuracy in bookkeeping, assist in tax compliance, and support management in financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate accounting records and financial statements.
Perform account reconciliations for bank accounts, customer accounts, and supplier accounts.
Prepare and file GST returns and maintain tax compliance.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing activities.
Generate financial reports (profit & loss statements, balance sheets).
Ensure all financial transactions are recorded in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.).
Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Liaise with auditors during internal and external audits.
Monitor cash flow and provide regular updates to management.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations related to financial reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

B.Com / M.Com / Diploma in Accounting or Finance.
2+ years of experience in accounting.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, ERP systems).
Strong knowledge of GST and tax compliance.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100.00 per month
