Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records to ensure compliance with accounting standards. Additionally, you will prepare and analyze financial reports, reconcile bank statements, assist with budgeting and forecasting activities, and support internal and external audits. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records - Prepare and analyze financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements - Reconcile bank statements and other financial data - Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting - Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards - Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, etc.) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - High attention to detail and accuracy Additional Company Details: The company is located in Kumbakonam, Tamil Nadu and the work location is in person. Additional responsibilities may include tax compliance (e.g., TDS, GST), assisting with vendor contracts, and providing financial analysis and reporting to management.
