Accountant – QuickBooks

Job Description

We are seeking a Accountant to join our onsite team in Jaydev Vihar, Bhubaneswar. This role will work in the USA night shift to align with international business operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with QuickBooks and strong skills in Microsoft Excel. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, bookkeeping, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks
• Prepare and update reports using Excel
• Assist with accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
• Support payroll processing and other routine accounting tasks
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience with QuickBooks (mandatory)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reports)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to work USA night shift
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,169.56 - ₹30,100.44 per month
