Job Title: HR Specialist – US Process (Night Shift)

Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST (Night Shift)

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR Specialist – US Process to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing HR operations for our U.S. clients, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting a seamless onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with DOL and DHL regulations.
• Manage ADP processes related to HR operations and payroll.
• Coordinate and oversee new hire onboarding to ensure smooth integration.
• Handle E-Verify for employee eligibility verification.
• Support HR operations and compliance for U.S.-based processes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Prior experience in HR – US process management.
• Strong understanding of U.S. HR compliance (DOL, DHL).
• Hands-on experience with ADP systems.
• Knowledge of E-Verify and onboarding compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work the night shift (7 PM – 4 AM IST).
