Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to manage all day-to-day accounting operations using Zoho Books. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, be proactive in handling GST filings, and ensure all financial records are up to date and accurate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain complete accounts on Zoho Books, including sales, purchase, and expense entries.
• Prepare and manage GST filings accurately and ensure timely submission before due dates.
• Reconcile and map all bank statements regularly.
• Create and track delivery challans, invoices, and receipts.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and the sales team for financial documentation.
• Maintain proper filing and digital record-keeping of all financial transactions.
• Generate financial reports and assist in monthly/annual closing.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books (or similar accounting software).
• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Compensation:
Salary: ₹20,000 per month (Fixed)
