Key responsibilities:
Knowledge of managing and maintaining Cash Book, Bank Book, Sales, Purchase, Journal, Stock and Manufacturing Vouchers.
Must have Busy Accounting Software knowledge
Must be having full knowledge of performing Production Entries
Post & process journal manufacturing entries to ensure all business transactions recorded
Update accounts receivable & issue invoices
Update accounts payable & perform reconciliations
Must have knowledge of Production Entries
Create PI/Quotations
Complete Knowledge of GST, TDS record maintenance and ensuring compliance with GST filings - GSTR 1, GSTR 3B
Handling financial transactions and liaisoning with bank.
Prepare & submit weekly/monthly MIS reports.

Tally Prime (E-Invoice)/ Busy Accounting Software
MS Excel and Google Sheets
GST & TDS Compliance
Financial Reporting and Bookkeeping
