Job Description

As an Accountant with our finance team, your role involves maintaining financial records, preparing reports, managing budgets, ensuring compliance, and performing general accounting duties. Your responsibilities will include: - Prepare and examine financial records with accuracy and compliance with laws. - Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts. - Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. - Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and conducting internal audits. - Support external audits and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions. - Analyze financial data and provide improvement recommendations. - Stay updated on accounting standards and tax laws changes. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance (Bcom/BAF or Post Graduate). - Proven work experience as an Accountant in a CA Firm. - Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. - Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: - Minimum 4-5 years of experience as an Accountant in a CA Firm. - Excellent experience with Tally ERP systems, GST, TDS Filing & Income Tax. - Knowledge of tax regulations and corporate finance. - Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and interpret financial statements. - Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
