Financial Closing: Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities. Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to identify and correct discrepancies. Tax Compliance: Calculate taxes and prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with all tax regulations. Financial Analysis & Reporting: Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing insights and reports to management for decision-making. Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare budget forecasts and manage annual budget processes. Auditing: Conduct internal audits of financial documents and procedures. Compliance: Ensure the company complies with financial policies, regulations, and accounting standards. Required Skills and QualificationsAccounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP), bookkeeping, and double-entry bookkeeping. Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with accounting software and advanced Excel functions.
