Job Description

Accountant – Real Estate Brokerage Company

Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Experience Required: 3+ years
Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month (CTC ₹6–7 LPA)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate books of accounts and record all financial transactions including brokerage income, commissions, and operational expenses.
Handle accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Support management with MIS reports and budget forecasts.
Conduct variance analysis and expense tracking for project-level accounting.
Handle and support GST, TDS, and income tax filings.
Reconcile payments with client deals, property bookings, and developer commissions.
Track agent-wise performance and commission payouts.
Liaise with banks, clients, and internal sales teams for financial clarifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in accounting (preferably in real estate or brokerage firms).
Knowledge: GST, TDS, and real estate accounting practices.
