Job Title: Account Executive

Department: Finance and Accoun􀆟ng

Loca􀆟on: Ahmedabad - Pirana after one year kheda

Joining: Immediately

Industry: Manufacutring

Experience: 3-7 yrs

Salary: upto 45 K p.m. CTC

Reports To: Func􀆟on Head (Finance and Accounts)

Key Responsibili􀆟es:

1. To Maintain Every Month Stock Statement for All En􀆟􀆟es

2. Daily expense records to be maintain for all en􀆟􀆟es.

3. Daily Supplier invoices to be shared in so􀅌 copy to Mumbai office.

4. To ensure all rou􀆟ne work of Accounts at factory.

5. Keep records of all Assets/Plant & Machinery/Stocks etc.

6. Ensure to have all statutory documents at place for all en􀆟􀆟es.

7. Ensure to keep all type of Insurance updated.

8. To keep track of all monthly billing /rent of sheds/guest house etc.

9. To keep records of all outgoing invoices & E-way bills along with LR.

10. To ascertain respec􀆟ve material will be in allocated area of the en􀆟􀆟es.

Skills and Qualifica􀆟ons:

Educa􀆟onal Requirements: B.Com.

Having good experience in Tally Prime, ERP.

So􀅌 Skills:

Good observa􀆟on skills.

Good communica􀆟on.

A􀆩en􀆟on to detail and a learning a􀆫tude.

Experience:

5 to 10 Years
