Job Responsibilities

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and transactions related to warehouse operations, including purchases, sales, expenses, and inventory movements.
Prepare financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, and analyze financial data to assess the warehouses financial health and performance.
Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock audits, and reconcile any discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, financial regulations, and company policies.
Provide financial insights, reports, and recommendations to support warehouse management in making informed business decisions.
Conduct financial analysis to evaluate warehouse performance, identify trends, and recommend strategies for improving profitability and efficiency.
Collaborate with auditors during financial audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations.
