Manager Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, ledger, and reconciliations.

• Prepare, finalize, and maintain financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.

• Oversee payroll processing, expense management, and vendor payments.

• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external consultants.

• Monitor budgets, financial planning, and cost control measures.

• Lead and mentor the accounting team for efficient workflow.

  Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

  • CA / CMA qualification preferred (not mandatory).

  • Minimum 510 years of accounting and financial management experience.

  • Strong knowledge of Tally, ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools.

  • In-depth knowledge of taxation, compliance, and audit processes.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
