We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure compliance, and support the organization's financial planning. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Tally, GST compliance, and financial reporting, along with strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate bookkeeping and general ledger entries in Tally.
Prepare and file GST returns and ensure regulatory compliance.
Handle financial reporting, account reconciliation, and audit preparation.
Assist in budgeting, cost accounting, and variance analysis.
Oversee payroll management and coordinate with HR for salary disbursement.
Conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting dashboards.
Support management with actionable financial insights and recommendations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting/Finance.
Experience: Proven experience in accounting or finance (preferably 37 years).
Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.
Knowledge of GST compliance, auditing practices, and cost accounting.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Professional demeanor and ability to work independently.
