As a Telemarketing Executive at our Tarpaulin Manufacturer, you'll be the voice that introduces our high-quality tarp and industrial covering solutions to prospective clients. You'll play a pivotal role in generating leads, nurturing customer relationships, and contributing to revenue growth—all through engaging phone interactions. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and explain our products and services (e.g., tarpaulins, industrial covers) Capture leads, qualify prospects, and set appointments for the sales team Maintain accurate records of call outcomes and customer details using CRM or call management systems Handle customer inquiries, objections, and follow-ups with professionalism and clarity Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to share customer feedback and optimize outreach strategies
Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including entries, reconciliations, and general ledger. Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and follow-ups. Prepare and maintain books of accounts as per company policies and statutory requirements. Support in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities. Prepare GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports. Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits. Maintain inventory accounting and cost records (specific to textile / production units). Generate MIS reports to support management decisions. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all financial data. Requirements: B.Com / M.Com / Inter CA or equivalent qualification. Proven experience as an Accountant in a manufacturing or textile industry environment. Working knowledge of Tally ERP / SAP / BUSY or similar accounting software. Good understanding of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles. Proficiency in MS Excel and report preparation. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and time management.
