Job Title: Accounts Executive (Male)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Male Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting tasks, maintain financial records, and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions. The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of accounting software and a basic understanding of financial and taxation principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry, voucher preparation, and invoice processing.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, payments, receipts, and journals.
• Prepare and manage GST returns, TDS filings, and other statutory compliance.
• Reconcile bank statements and supplier/vendor accounts.
• Assist in monthly closing, ledger maintenance, and preparation of financial reports.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide required documents during internal and external audits.
• Monitor and control petty cash and expenses.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of bills and payments.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for future reference.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field (B.Com / M.Com preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and basic computer applications.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other Indian tax regulations.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred:

• Candidates from nearby locations.
• Experience in [insert industry, e.g., construction, manufacturing, trading] will be an advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site or in-office full-time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
