We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 4-10 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a strong background in financial reporting, compliance, and analysis.

Responsibilities

Manage financial records and ensure accurate reporting.
Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and budgets.
Perform reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts.
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making.
Collaborate with auditors to facilitate the audit process.
Monitor and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal controls.

Skills and Qualifications

Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certification such as CA, CPA, or CMA is preferred.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
