We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable BCA Faculty to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong background in computer applications. This role involves imparting knowledge to students, guiding them through their academic journey, and helping them develop practical skills in the field of computer science.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver lectures on BCA syllabus subjects.
• Develop and update course materials, including assignments and assessments.
• Assist students in understanding course content and provide academic support.
• Conduct practical sessions and lab work as required.
• Evaluate and grade students work and provide feedback.
• Engage in research activities and contribute to academic publications.
• Participate in departmental meetings and collaborate with colleagues.

Skills and Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Applications (MCA) or related field.
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals and programming languages.
• Experience with database management systems and software development.
• Knowledge of current trends in technology and education.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Prior teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.
