BCA Faculty

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Faculty Member for our BCA program. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background in Computer Applications and a passion for teaching and mentoring undergraduate students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver lectures and practical sessions in core BCA subjects:
• Programming Languages (C, C++, Java, Python)
• Data Structures, DBMS, OS, Computer Networks
• Web Technologies, Software Engineering, etc.
• Develop and maintain course materials, lesson plans, and lab manuals.
• Conduct internal assessments, practical exams, and evaluations.
• Supervise student projects and support technical skill development.
• Provide academic mentoring and career guidance to students.
• Participate in departmental activities, curriculum development, and accreditation processes.
• Required Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of computer science and application subjects.
• Excellent communication and classroom management abilities.
• Familiarity with teaching tools, learning platforms, and digital resources.

Desirable Qualifications:

• MCA or Msc. in Computer Science
• Experience with LMS and online teaching methodologies.
• UGC NET/SET or Ph.D. in relevant discipline is a plus
