Job Description

Financial Record Maintenance : Accurately record and manage financial transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Account Reconciliation : Regularly reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections. Financial Reporting : Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements. Tax Compliance : Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, ensuring adherence to applicable tax laws. Budgeting & Forecasting : Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and monitor financial performance against budgets. Audit Support : Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations. Education : Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field; a Master's degree is often preferred.Simply Hired Experience : 1–5 years in accounting roles, preferably within the automobile sector. Technical Skills : Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.Simply Hired Certifications : Certifications such as CA Inter can be advantageous. Soft Skills : Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
