Accountant (Immediate Joiner Required) (Exp 3-5)

Job Description: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Accountant to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in accounting and be capable of independently managing day-to-day and periodic financial tasks. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports Prepare and update the Balance Sheet Handle finalization of accounts Generate and analyze MIS reports to support management decisions Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in records Assist with audits and ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations Requirements: Proven experience in a core accounting role (minimum 3–5 years preferred) Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel Ability to work independently with attention to detail and accuracy Immediate availability to join Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Ability to commute/relocate: Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Accounting: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
