Accountant / HR Executive – Manufacturing & Export Company (Immediate Joining)

We are urgently hiring an Accountant / HR Executive for our hardware manufacturing & export company.
The role includes accounts, GST, Tally, payroll, attendance, HR documentation, and basic admin coordination.

Job ResponsibilitiesAccounts:

• Daily accounting entries in Tally ERP
• Purchase, sales, payment, receipt entries
• Bank reconciliation
• GST working, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B coordination with CA
• Prepare E-way bills, invoices & supporting documents
• Manage petty cash and vendor payments
• Maintain books for manufacturing + export transactions

HR & Admin:

• Maintain attendance, leave records & salary processing
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, documents
• Maintain employee files
• Worker attendance & overtime management
• Assist in recruitment, interviews & staff onboarding

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, GST, invoicing
• Basic HR knowledge—attendance, payroll, letters
• Good Excel skills (Vlookup, formulas preferred)
• Ability to manage accounts + HR multitasking
• Experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage
• Experience with exports is a big plus

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / BBA
• Minimum 1–4 years experience
• Immediate joiners preferred
