Job Description

The Accountant is responsible for managing daily accounting operations, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. The role requires accuracy, analytical ability, and strong knowledge of accounting principles.

Location - Perumbavoor

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
Prepare and maintain ledgers, trial balance, and bank reconciliations.
Manage accounts payable and receivable functions efficiently.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
Support payroll processing and expense management.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial information.
Perform other accounting duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
Minimum 2–5 years of accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and taxation.
Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel, and MS Office.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,843.73 - ₹30,242.26 per month
