Accountant

• Maintain day-to-day accounts and financial records using Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
• Process and verify purchase and sales invoices, credit notes, and debit notes related to vehicles, spares, and services.
• Record and reconcile cash, bank, and journal entries.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensure timely follow-ups for collections.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, including profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
• Ensure TDS compliance & Book Keeping Related to TDS
• Manage inventory records for spare parts and accessories in sync with the store department.
• Support in preparing MIS reports and budget forecasting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
