Responsibilities-

1. Manage and process foreign remittances, including inward and outward transactions.

2. Maintain digital records of invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations

3. Update and reconcile credit/debit card statements

4. Coordinate with banks, clients, and internal departments for documentation and transaction processing.

5. Prepare and generate detailed monthly expense reports using Google Sheets

6. Ensure compliance with international financial regulations.

7. Suggest improvements for financial tracking and record-keeping.

Qualifications:

1. Must be pursuing or have completed an MBA in Finance, CA, CS, or an equivalent professional qualification.

2. Proven experience in accounting, preferably with exposure to foreign remittance or international transactions.

3. Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and other accounting software.

4. Ability to manage multiple records and invoices.
