Accountant (Female) - Furniture Industry - Ahmedabad

Location: Bodakdev, Ahmedabad

Salary: 22k to 28k PM

Experience : Minimum 2 Years

Qualification: B. Com / M. Com / MBA (Finance)

Timing : 10:30 to 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintaining financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and payroll, Communication with CA.

- Having Significant Speed in Typing and Understanding with the Figures.

- Must have key skills and mastery in Tally Prime.

- Data entry, database management, and file maintenance in Excel and Sheets.

- Communicate with vendor and placing orders for supplies.

- Preparing and formatting accurate and comprehensive quotations in a timely manner.

- Negotiating prices, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors and maintaining records of quotations received and quotations issue.

- The successful employee will be required to handle pressure in a fast-paced work environment.

- Client and Labour coordination for quotation and ordering.

- Responsible for generating invoices accurately and in a timely manner and tracking payment due dates and following up with clients regarding payment status.

- Accurately entering order data into company systems or databases.

- Identifying tasks that need to be completed and organizing them into a checklist.

- Responsible for soliciting reviews from customers through various channels, such as email or social media.

Required Skills:

✔ Strong knowledge of Accounting & Taxation

✔ Good communication & organizational skills

✔ Proficiency in MS Office & Tally ERP
