Job Description

Financial Accounting & Bookkeeping :

Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts. Manage all accounting transactions and ensure they are properly recorded in Tally.
Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including invoicing, vouchers, and bank reconciliations.

Payables Management :

Monitor and manage accounts payable to vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely payments.
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies

Payroll Processing :

Accurately calculate and process monthly payroll for all showroom employees.
Manage employee attendance records, leaves, and overtime calculations

Taxation and Compliance :

Prepare all necessary supporting reports and documentation for the company auditor on a monthly basis.
Ensure full compliance with all statutory requirements.

Management Reporting :

Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements.
Generate daily/weekly sales reports, stock reports, and other Management Information System (MIS) reports as required by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Experience:

Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
