Accountant Executive

As an Accountant at our company in Ahmedabad, Sola, your role will involve managing day-to-day accounting operations using Zoho Books/Zoho software. You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, ledgers, and statements. Additionally, you will generate MIS reports, GST returns, and ensure other statutory compliances are met. Your assistance will be required in financial audits and coordinating with auditors when necessary. It will also be your responsibility to ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records. Supporting management in budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking will be part of your key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Zoho Books/Zoho software - Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and statements - Generate MIS reports, GST returns, and other statutory compliances - Assist in financial audits and coordinate with auditors when required - Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records - Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking Qualifications Required: - Graduate in Commerce/Finance (B.Com/M.Com or equivalent) - Proficiency in Zoho Books/Zoho Accounting software is a must - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance - Good knowledge of Excel and MS Office - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines If you join our team, you can expect a competitive salary based on experience, along with growth opportunities in finance and accounting within a supportive work environment.
