Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for managing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, providing excellent customer service, and enhancing overall customer experience. Daily tasks include addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product-related information to customers. Qualifications Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills Proficiency in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and maintaining Phone Etiquette Good knowledge of tally, Invoicing, place purchase orders, managing sales, purchase book Inventory handling, Coordination of Stocks movement with different branches in India Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively Minimum Experience for 2 Years Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred Known to basic Accounting & Clerical Work Job is based out in HO, Bengaluru and is an onsite job.
