Job Description

A well-established polymer manufacturing company located in Coimbatore, and looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. This role offers a great opportunity for freshers with basic accounting knowledge to grow and develop in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update daily accounting records, including journal entries and ledger entries.
Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, reports, and tax filings.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
Perform reconciliations of bank accounts, supplier accounts, and customer accounts.
Support the finance team with various administrative and accounting tasks as required.
Ensure adherence to accounting policies and company standards.
Assist with other accounting-related activities and ad-hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Educational Qualification: B.Com or any other relevant degree (Freshers are welcome to apply).
Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
