Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports Track project costs, process invoices, and monitor accounts payable/receivable Collaborate with project managers to evaluate financial progress and projections Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger accuracy Ensure compliance with tax regulations and industry-specific financial guidelines Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits Manage payroll for construction staff and subcontractors Maintain accurate records of contracts, lien waivers, and vendor payments Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum [X] years of accounting experience, preferably in construction Proficiency in accounting software Strong analytical and organizational skills Knowledge of the Percentage of Completion method is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
