Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage the company’s day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Tally, excellent knowledge of bookkeeping and balance sheet preparation, and a bonus if experienced with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.). Key Responsibilities:Maintain accurate accounting records in Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9 Handle daily sales, purchase, expense, and bank entries Prepare and maintain balance sheets, P&L statements, and other financial reports Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers Manage GST, TDS, and other tax-related filings Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and updated Support in monthly and yearly closing of books (Bonus) Handle e-commerce accounting – reconciling marketplace statements, commissions, returns, and payments Requirements:Proven experience as an Accountant (minimum 1–2 years) Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and general accounting software Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax compliance Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements Experience with e-commerce accounting (preferred but not mandatory) Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills
