Job Description: Accountant (1–3 Years Experience)

Position: Accountant

Location: Kandivali West

Experience: 1–3 years

Salary Range: 20,000-25,000

Department: Accounts & Finance

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally / ERP software.
Handle sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers.
Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
Maintain petty cash and daily expense records.
Assist in preparation of GST returns, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and reconciliations.
Basic knowledge of TDS deduction, filing, and compliance.
Maintain proper documentation of invoices, purchase orders, and payment records.
Handle e-way bills, billing processes, and supporting documents.

Requirements

B.Com
1–3 years of accounting experience (industry open).
Practical knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime
Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic financial statements.
Good Excel skills (Vlookup, Pivot Table preferred).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
