Job Description

Job Title: Architect

Location: Kandivali West

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and modify architectural drawings using AutoCAD and related software.
Handle BMC, MMRDA, and RERA documentation and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.
Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors for project execution and approvals.
Prepare working drawings, submission drawings, and presentation drawings.
Manage project documentation, maintain proper filing, and track approval status.
Conduct site visits and ensure design implementation as per approved plans.
Assist in project planning, design development, and client presentations.
Stay updated with local building bye-laws and regulatory norms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
