Job Description

To manage the daily accounting operations, maintain the books for the 8 city branches, and oversee the tuition fee accounts for the Chercheur Detective Academy.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Bookkeeping: Maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions using Tally Prime or Zoho Books.
Voucher Auditing: The most critical task—verifying "Field Expense Vouchers" submitted by Investigation Officers from all cities (fuel, food, mobile, and informant fees) against GPS logs.
GST & Taxation: Preparing monthly data for GST filings across multiple states and ensuring TDS is deducted correctly from vendor payments.
Academy Fee Management: Tracking student admissions, managing installment reminders, and issuing receipts for the Elite Intelligence Training Program.
Bank Reconciliation: Performing daily/weekly reconciliation of company bank accounts and digital wallets used by branch managers.
Vendor Management: Processing payments for gadget suppliers, office rent across 8 cities, and marketing agencies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: B.Com or M.Com (Inter-CA is a significant advantage).
Experience: 4–7 years in a core accounting role. Experience in a service-based industry (Security, Logistics, or Education) is preferred.
Software: Expert-level proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel (V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, and Financial Modeling).
Languages: Marathi, Hindi, and English (Mandatory for HQ coordination).
Ethics: Impeccable honesty—as you are auditing the expenses of private detectives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
