Need Accountant (Building & Construction Sector | Kochi)
We are hiring a qualified and experienced Accountant to join our team in Kochi.
Position: Accountant
Location: Kochi, Kerala
Experience: 3 to 5 years
Industry: Building & Construction
Qualification: CA / ICWA / CMA / M.Com / B.Com / C
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting and project-related financials
- Handle GST, TDS, invoicing, and bank reconciliation
- Track construction project costs and prepare financial reports
- Support budgeting, audits, and compliance with tax laws
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of construction accounting
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel
- Good communication and team coordination skills
Immediate joiners preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
