Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our billing and receipt processes efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, generating invoices, and ensuring timely receipt collection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue invoices to clients.
• Record receipts and reconcile payments.
• Maintain accurate financial records of billing and transactions.
• Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Assist in monthly financial reporting related to billing and receipts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in billing and receipt processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, or similar tools).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
