Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Tally and Microsoft Excel, possess strong communication skills, and be able to manage a variety of accounting tasks. This is an on-site position located on Tilak Road, Pune. We are open to both full-time and part-time applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using Tally.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
• Prepare and file GST and TDS returns.
• Maintain and update ledgers and journals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and creating spreadsheets.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP or Tally Prime is a must.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant degree or certification in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
