Job Title: Accountant Location: Tilak Road, Pune (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Tally and Microsoft Excel, possess strong communication skills, and be able to manage a variety of accounting tasks. This is an on-site position located on Tilak Road, Pune. We are open to both full-time and part-time applicants. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain accurate financial records using Tally. Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable. Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are properly recorded. Prepare and file GST and TDS returns. Maintain and update ledgers and journals. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth financial operations. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and creating spreadsheets. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role. Proficiency in Tally ERP or Tally Prime is a must. Strong command of Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Relevant degree or certification in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
