Accountant

We are looking for energetic and organized Female Accountant with 1- 2 year work experience in Accounting &Back office works Preparing and analyzing financial records : Accountants ensure that financial records are accurate and that the company is in compliance with local and national regulations. Calculating taxes : Accountants calculate taxes and prepare annual returns. Reconciling bank statements : Accountants reconcile bank statements to keep the company's finances in good standing. Calculating payroll : Accountants calculate employee paychecks for each pay period. Monitoring budgets : Accountants monitor company budgets. Managing accounts receivable : Accountants manage accounts receivable and follow up on invoices. Liaising with other departments : Accountants liaise with the accounts payable and payroll departments. Stock check – Monitoring Pharmacy stock, doing perpetual inventory count and maintaining remarks. Assisting Chattered Accountant -sending required reports to CA and coordinating all tasks such as GST filing, PF, ESI calculations & perform task assigned by Senior CA. · Should have sound knowledge of · TALLY PRIME / TALLY ERP · MS OFFICE (MAINLY EXCEL & WORD) · BASIC COMPUTER OPERATIONS · SEND E-MAILS, RESPOND TO OFFICE CALLS, etc. · GST FILING KNOWLEDGE Making Daily Sales reports, presenting reports assigned by management.
