Key Responsibilities:
1. Track and Manage Project costs, including material, labour and overhead.
2.Prepare cost reports for ongoing construction projects.
3. Work with project managers to monitor budget and control spending.
4. Review and approve vendor and subcontractor invoices.
5. Follow up on receivables and ensure timely collections from clients.
6. Manage accounts payable by ensuring accurate and timely payments of invoices.
7. Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accurate allocation of Labour cost to projects.
8. Prepare and file tax reports as required.
9. Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary financial documentation.
10. Work closely with project managers, engineers and other departments to ensure accurate financial information.
11. Stay updated on accounting software used by our company.
